Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of payment. Delivery times are typically 7–10 business days after shipment, though we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates since we are a small business.
If you have not received your order within 14 business days of purchase, please contact us so we can help track it down.
Shipping Methods
We ship primarily through USPS and UPS (and may use other carriers depending on rates and availability). Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays. Please refer to the carrier’s website for their current policies and service updates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. Rates will appear before you complete your purchase.

Tracking
Whenever available, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
Out-of-Stock Items
Because we operate both an online store and a brick-and-mortar location in North Phoenix, Arizona, it is possible that an item in your online order was purchased in-store at the same time. If that occurs, we will contact you to offer a replacement or issue a refund for the missing item (including any adjustment to shipping costs).
Used LEGO® Sets
Used sets may arrive either pre-built or broken down into chunks to reduce shipping costs. Please note that even when shipped built, sets may come apart or break during shipping. We are not responsible for any separation or damage that occurs in transit.
